Dr. Cameron Hamidi is a board certified Periodontist and Implant Surgeon who earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University and completed his advanced surgical training in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also holds a Masters in Public Health with a focus on Health Policy and Management from UNC. He serves as Adjunct Faculty at the UNC Graduate Periodontology Department, where he is actively involved in resident education, surgical training, and academic mentorship. Dr. Hamidi lectures nationally and is recognized for his ability to translate complex surgical concepts into practical, repeatable techniques. His clinical expertise includes advanced implant surgery, complex bone grafting, sinus augmentation, and full mouth rehabilitation, with a strong emphasis on prosthetically driven treatment planning and long term stability. Dr. Hamidi is also faculty with the ORCAA organization, where he participates in humanitarian surgical missions in Guatemala, performing complex procedures while teaching and mentoring local and visiting clinicians. As Co-Founder of Kaizen Surgical Academy, Dr. Hamidi is focused on building a high-level educational platform that prioritizes surgical fundamentals, complication management, and real world execution.
